We sat down (virtually) with owner, Rachael Caughley, to find out her dream destination to escape to as well as her favourite hidden gem in Sydney...
B&K: Your favourite destination to escape to and why?
Rachael: Lake Okareka and Lake Tarawera just outside of Rotorua. My family is from a farm there and a big bush walk followed by a swim in the lake is my fave thing to do on holiday. With friends & family of course!
B&K: Your favourite piece from the current Bird & Knoll collection at the moment?
Rachael: The Apollo Dress Mindful Escape in Navy!
B&K: The last thing you’ve listened to?
Rachael: I love a podcast. And specifically Wall Street Journal the secrets of wealthy women.
B&K: What is your favourite local or international hidden gem?
Rachael: Bar Topa in Sydney will always have a special place in my heart because it's where I drank Martinis with my girlfriend after buying my wedding dress! I don't think it's very hidden, but I love that bar.
