The sale runs for two weeks, starting on October 16th.

Are there any pricing limits for the items on sale?
All items are priced under $200 AUD.

What is your return policy for sale items?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for archive sale items.

Do you offer international shipping during the sale?

We offer free standard worldwide shipping for orders over $150 and free express shipping for orders over $300. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are as follows:

Australia: Standard $8, Express $15
New Zealand: Standard $12, Express $15
International: Standard $20, Express $30

Standard shipping takes 10-14 business days, while express shipping takes 5-7 business days. All international orders, including New Zealand, are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

Please note that international orders are shipped on a D.A.P basis, and customers may be liable for customs and import duties. Check your country's specific requirements before ordering, as these charges must be paid by the recipient.

If you choose not to accept a delivery or pay duties and taxes, and the order is sent back to Bird & Knoll, there will be additional shipping costs of $70 AUD deducted from your refund. All orders are shipped using DHL or Australia Post, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed Mon-Fri are dispatched within 48 hours, and orders placed on the weekend are processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Ensure your delivery details are correct, as we can't redirect packages once dispatched. Customs clearance is not included in delivery transit time.
